We source the land, hold an Oregon CCB contractor license, direct construction in-house, and hold a principal broker license for our own transactions. Most developers coordinate that from the outside. We do it ourselves.

Legal entity

Grand Capital is a d/b/a of KG Renovations LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We operate out of Eugene at 2472 Willamette Street, Eugene, Oregon 97405.

The bench

A full-time controller maintaining entity-level books across the portfolio. A year-round CPA engagement. Standing legal counsel. Books are current, not reconstructed at year end.

What we do not do
