24 years in fire service leadership, currently Battalion Chief with Eugene Springfield Fire. In real estate since 2011, first as a licensed principal broker, now as an investor, builder, and Oregon-licensed general contractor. He entered this business in the year Lane County recorded its second-lowest housing production in three decades.
Shelly Kane, Co-Founder
Directs construction and rehabilitation across every project, with a career background at the top tier of home staging and design that shapes how each building is finished and positioned.
